Upon installation of the WIT software a "application install fail" error message popped at the first screen of the wizard after clicking the next button.
 

That error looks like the windows is missing a Microsoft Visual C that normally comes with windows.  Please go to the following link on Microsoft's website and install the file that is downloaded.
